We re-create all of our Audio under the ''Fair Use Act'' as the audio is less than 10 seconds, any Audio that is deemed copyright will be removed immediately.

 

Re-Creating Sounds

All of the sounds on our website have been sourced by Funnly Audio Studio and has not been downloaded from any third party.

 

Paying For Downloads

We have content which is deemed ''Premium'' as this has been worked and made high quality by our technicians for the best experience and a small charge is added for this service.

 

Movie Quotes

Some of our downloads are from movies and sitcoms and we use these under the ''Fair Use Act'' as the content has been re-created by ourselves and not copied from the original.

 

Payments and Refunds

We only use payment getaways for our secure payments, these include Stripe and PayPal. We do not accept refunds on our digital downloads.

 

User Risk

All users are responsible for downloading and using the products on our website, we do not hold any responsibility for any actions or offenses that may be caused.
